STEWART'S FLOATS
Try any of our flavors over vanilla ice cream for a delicious creamy
treat.
Take a cup of any of our flavors and stir in a cup of your favorite eggnog.
It'll really add flavor to your holidays.
FROZEN TREATS
Freeze any Stewart's fruit flavors in ice cube tray or mix your favorite
fruit slush in a blender with your favorite Stewart's and freeze.

Birch Beer Float
- Stewart's Birch Beer
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Pour Stewart's Birch Beer over ice cream in a large mug and serve
with spoon and straw.
Birch Beer N' Cream
Kids don't like milk? Tickle their tastebuds with this variation!
Mix two ounces of Stewart's Birch Beer with six ounces of milk and stir them together.

Holiday Warm-up
Gently warm up a cup of Stewart's Birch Beer.
Add a little cinnamon or nutmeg and a touch of cream to help take the chill off
a cold winter's day.
BAKING RECIPES
Stewart's Birch Beer Ribs
Preheat oven to 350°, lightly boil a bottle of Stewart's Birch
Beer in a pan until it boils down to a thin paste.
Sprinkle garlic on the ribs. Bake slowly until done. Pour paste over ribs two to
three more times.
For Grilling: Take your favorite barbecue sauce and add 2 oz. of whiskey and 2 oz.
Stewart's Birch Beer.
Mix well, pre-heat grill. Coat ribs with sauce. When grill is hot, sear ribs—turning
every 3-4 minutes.
After two turns, serve ribs with extra sauce.

Cherry Fluff
Stewart's Cherries N'Cream 2 scoops vanilla ice cream Serve in large
mug and top with a fresh cherry.

Stewart's Ginger Beer, Stewart's Cherries N'Cream, apple cider.

Cherry Cake or Pound Cake
Use Stewart's Cherries N'Cream in place of flavoring. May also use
in cream filings.
Cherry Frosting
Replace liquid with Stewart's Cherries N'Cream.

Denver Cooler
- Stewart's Cream Soda
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Pour Stewart's Cream Soda over ice cream in large mug and serve with

Diet Cream Cake
- 10-12 oz. Stewart's Diet Cream Soda
- 1 box cake mix (experiment and find your favorite)
Stir the soda into the cake mix, coat a 9x12 cake pan or cupcake
pan with non-stick cooking spray and bake according to package directions. It's
a delicious low-cal treat!
For a firmer cake, add 1-3 egg whites.
For extra decadence, slice cake in half, spread fat-free whipped topping on top
of each half and stack the layers.

Jamaican Ginger Tea
- 28 oz. Stewart's Ginger Beer
- 3 tea bags
- 1 cup boiling water
- Juice of two oranges
- Juice of two lemons
- 1/2 cup sugar
Make a cup of strong tea by putting three tea bags into boiling water.
Remove bags.
Add fruit juices and sugar. Chill. Add Ginger Beer just before serving.
Mock Champagne
- Stewart's Ginger Beer
- Apple cider or juice
- Pineapple juice
Mix equal parts. Serve over ice. Add Ginger Beer last. Garnish with
pineapple and/or strawberry.
Stewart's Holiday Punch
- 6 oz. frozen orange concentrate
- 6 oz. frozen cran-raspberry concentrate
- 6 oz. frozen lemon concentrate
- 1 quart cold water
- 4 - 12 oz. bottles Stewart's Ginger Beer
Mix first four ingredients. Add Ginger Beer and stir. Serve in individual
glasses or punch bowl.

Ginger Beer, Cherries N'Cream, apple cider.
BAKING RECIPES
Ginger BBQ Sauce
- 1 - 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/4 c. Stewart's Ginger Beer
Simmer until thickened. Brush on ribs, burgers or chicken during
the last 1/2 hour of cooking.
Stir Fry
Mix equal parts Ginger Beer, soy sauce, honey, and two cloves of
garlic.
Add to stir fry.
Shrimp Kabobs
- Pound of shrimp
- Four fresh limes
- 1/4 c. Stewart's Ginger Beer,
- 1/4 c. oil, crushed garlic, bunch of chopped cilantro
Mix together all ingredients and marinade at least three hours (preferably
overnight).
Place shrimp on skewers and cook on HOT grill one minute per side.
(May also be used with salmon, chicken, or pork.)
Ham or Pork Roast Glaze
- 2 tbsp. orange juice (frozen concentrate)
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Stewart's Ginger Beer
Baste over roast, turning to coat.
Ginger Ham Glaze
- 2 - 12 oz. Stewart's Ginger Beer
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp orange juice
Mix and cook slowly until syrupy. Baste ham during the last 1/2 hour
of cooking.
Serve remaining glaze for sauce.
Ginger Snaps
Add Stewart's Ginger Beer to your favorite ginger snap cookie recipe.

Purple Cow Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Stewart's Grape Soda
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 10 cubes ice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Milk
In a blender, combine grape soda, ice cream, ice cubes and vanilla
extract. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add milk until desired consistency
is achieved. Pour into glasses and serve.

lime sherbet or frozen yogurt.

Peach Ice Cream
(if you've got an ice cream maker)
- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 9oz. carton whipped topping, thawed
- 4 ripe peaches peeled and pureed
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups Stewart's Peach Soda
Mix sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, peaches and milk together. Pour into
freezer can and add Stewart's Peach Soda. Pack with ice and salt according to manufacturer's
directions. Freeze and enjoy.

- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Pour root beer over ice cream in a large mug and serve with spoon
and straw.
Root Beer N' Cream
Having trouble getting the small fry to drink milk? Try some Stewart's
Root Beer and milk mixed together. It's better than chocolate milk and has no caffeine!
Mix two ounces of Stewart's Root Beer with six ounces of milk and stir them together.
Try DIET Stewart's Root Beer and milk if you are looking for a low-calorie Root
Beer N' Cream.
